SweCard is an established trade fair concept first introduced in 2019. The inaugural edition was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the event has since been held annually.

Please note that the SweCard trade fair has no connection whatsoever to Swecards.se. There is no collaboration, partnership, or shared business between the two.

SweCard returns on May 30–31 – now in a much larger venue!
Sweden’s biggest trading card convention is growing and moving forward. After several successful years in Huskvarna, we’re relocating to Jönköping, where we’ll have access to around 1,900 square meters of exhibition space.

That means more exhibitors, more visitors, and even more room for everything you love about trading cards: buying, selling, and meeting fellow collectors.

This year’s edition of SweCard 2025 exceeded all expectations and officially became the most attended event in the history of SweCard. With thousands of passionate collectors, enthusiasts, and industry leaders gathering under one roof, the energy was electric from start to finish.

From exclusive card releases to inspiring panels and guest appearances, the event truly had something for everyone. One of the biggest highlights was Sweden’s largest trade zone, which stayed full and buzzing with activity throughout the entire weekend — a clear sign of the thriving and growing collector community.

Another unforgettable moment came during our big box break, where a Lugia was pulled from a sealed Neo Genesis box — sending shockwaves of excitement through the crowd and online viewers alike.

Tradera, Sweden’s largest marketplace for second-hand and pre-owned items, is hosting a unique so-called box break in connection with SweCard, the country’s largest trading card convention.

36 unique card packs, where a single card can be worth hundreds of thousands of kronor, will be auctioned off on Tradera and then opened live at the convention.

On May 17, Tradera will therefore hold an exclusive Pokémon box break at SweCard 2025 in Huskvarna, Sweden’s largest trading card convention. On Saturday, a very rare and unopened Pokémon Booster Box, valued at 150,000 SEK, will be opened right before the eyes of thousands of devoted collectors. The box contains 36 separate packs, each of which will be auctioned off on Tradera between April 17 and May 11, before the grand box opening.

The boxes to be opened may contain cards potentially worth over SEK 300,000 each. The auctions for each pack start on Tradera on April 17 and end just under a week before the convention, where the winning bidders can watch their cards being opened live.

In October, SweCard is organized in Svedala, a city just 20 minutes from Malmö.

We hope that the proximity to Malmö but also Copenhagen will contribute to visitors from both Sweden and Denmark.

We are happy to announce that this year’s fair will be bigger than previous years’ fairs. We are expanding capacity by almost fifty percent. We have gained access to new parts of the premises and expanded the area by approx. 400 square meters. As usual, we keep the cafeteria open.
